Welcome to Rent Baguio. We are thrilled to have you as our guest. Before you make a reservation or stay with us, please take a few moments to read through our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website, our services, and your stay with us.
- Reservations
a. All reservations must be made through our website .
b. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation order.
c. We require a deposit for confirming your booking
- Check-In and Check-Out
a. Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Early or late check-in may be accommodated if possible, but must be prearranged with management. b. Check-out time is 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Late check-out may be arranged if possible, but must be prearranged with management. c. All guests must provide a valid photo ID upon check-in.
- Cancellation Policy
a. You can cancel anytime before you check in with our hosts. The deposit fee will be deducted in case of cancellation.
4. Liability and Damages
a. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. b. website is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. c. Guests are liable for any injuries that occur on the premises due to their own negligence.
- Privacy Policy
a. Rent Baguio respects your privacy and will only collect the personal information necessary to complete your reservation. b. We will not sell or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law.
- Miscellaneous
a. Rent Baguio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. b. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. c. By making a reservation with our Bed and Breakfast, you agree to these terms and conditions.
8. Refund policy
Refunds are issued in case by case situations. ie: You reserved the transient, but the owner cancelled, or the place is already booked in those days, Full refund of the deposit will be initiated. But if you book for a number of days, and owner confirmed your stay, but you cancelled, then no refunds on deposit fee.
