Guest’s terms of service

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Reservation and Booking:

1. By making a reservation through Rent Baguio, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
2. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the property owner or Rent Baguio.

Payment:

1. Guests are responsible for paying the total amount indicated in the invoice, including any additional fees, taxes, or charges.
2. Payments should be made according to the payment methods accepted by Rent Baguio.
3. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Owner’s Cancellation Policy:

1. Owners have the right to cancel a reservation at any time before check-in, provided they give at least 2-3 hours’ notice.
2. In case of owner cancellation before check-in, the guests will be entitled to a 100% refund of the reservation fee as per our 100% refund policy.
3. If a customer cancels the reservation before check-in, no refund will be provided on the reservation fee.

Occupancy and Property Rules:

1. Guests must adhere to the occupancy limits specified by the property owner.
2. Guests are expected to treat the property and its amenities with respect and follow any rules or guidelines provided by the property owner or Rent Baguio.
3. Any damages caused by guests during their stay will be their responsibility and may result in additional charges.

Check-In and Check-Out:

1. Guests must check-in at the designated check-in time and check-out at the designated check-out time, unless otherwise agreed upon with the property owner or Rent Baguio.
2. Late check-out may be subject to additional fees or penalties.

Guest Conduct:

1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner during their stay.
2. Any behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors, violates local laws or regulations, or causes damage to the property may result in eviction without refund.

Liability and Insurance:

1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
2. Rent Baguio and the property owner are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings.

Force Majeure:

1. Rent Baguio and the property owner shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, or government actions.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

1. Guests are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances during their stay, including those related to property rental, taxation, and health and safety standards.

Termination of Agreement:

1. Rent Baguio or the property owner may terminate this agreement and evict the guest if the guest fails to comply with the terms and policies outlined herein.
2. In such cases, the guest will not be entitled to any refund, including the reservation fee.
